GE Aerospace Awarded $117.9M Contract for Navy Engine Depot-Level Services

United States, July 30 -- General Electric (GE) Aerospace, East Hartford, Connecticut, is awarded a $117,852,737 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001926D1004). This contract is for commercial depot-level services regarding standard rework of Navy and Marine Corps T700-GE-401 series engines, cold section modules and power turbine modules.Work will be performed in Winfield, Kansas (100%), and is expected to be completed in August 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued.The contract that is being modified was not competed. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
