United States, Oct. 7 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale of 8270 Greensboro Drive, a 166,393-square-foot, Class A office building in Tysons, Virginia.JLL represented the seller, Nuveen, in the sale of the asset to Onward Investors.The 10-story building, originally constructed in 1999 and comprehensively renovated in 2021, is currently 96% leased to a diversified roster of 13 tenants.
