Romania, March 26 -- Romania based FLASH LIGHTING SERVICES has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Traffic-signal maintenance services Maintenance repair rehabilitation modernization and development of electrical installations for traffic signals and traffic management in the Municipality of Brasov as well as the supply of materials and components necessary for the provision of services. The value of the contract is worth 92505400 RON.
