United States, May 21 -- ACTS-MELTECH JV3 (Virginia Beach, Virginia), Capital Brand Group (Beltsville, Maryland), DWS HUANG-GAGHAN JV (Alexandria, Virginia), Encon Desbuild JV (Hyattsville, Maryland), and Plenary Enterprises (Washington, D.C.) are awarded a $249,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract for mechanical services.Work to be performed includes construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of mechanical projects.
