France, March 12 -- France based FINANCE CONSULT has secured contract from Metropole Europeenne de Lille for Consulting services for water-supply and waste consultancy AMO for the renewal of the operating contract for the energy recovery center CVE. The value of the contract is worth 23715000 EUR.
