Spain, Feb. 16 -- Spain based FACTORIA, GESTION Y CONSULTORIA S.L. has secured contract from Consejo de Administracion de la Sociedad de Gestion de Activos procedentes de la Reestructuracion Bancaria, S.A for Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services - Control services for the certification of the requirements demanded in the contribution of real estate assets to the public affordable rental housing stock. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
