Equus Capital Partners acquires three-building logistics park in North Carolina
United States, Feb. 17 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Falls Lake Commerce Center, a three-building Class A industrial portfolio totaling 341,867 square feet in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area.JLL represented the seller, Dogwood Industrial Properties, in the transaction. Equus Capital Partners acquired the asset.The fully leased portfolio consists of three modern tilt-wall concrete buildings constructed between 2009 and 2015, located at 100, 200 and 300 Business Park Drive in Butner, North Carolina. The facilities feature 30-foot clear heights and range from 90,000 to 151,867 square feet.The portfolio is anchored by UPS, which recently renewed its lease through August 2030.
