United States, Aug. 31 -- Emerson Construction Co., Temple, Texas, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the construction and installation of a chilled water central energy plant. The amount of this action is $27,794,900 with a total cumulative face value of $34,000,000.Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Fort Hood, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 9, 2028.
