Luxembourg, Sept. 15 -- The European Investment Bank Group, through the European Investment Fund (EIF) has completed the first investment under the European Tech Champions Initiative (ETCI) Co-investment Facility, investing in Italian cybersecurity company Exein alongside Headline Growth, an ETCI backed manager.
