EIB finances Drivalia with €48 million to accelerate electric mobility in Italy and Finland
Italy, July 29 -- The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Drivalia, a company of the Credit Agricole Auto Bank (CAAB) group, have signed a €48 million financing agreement to support the development of electric mobility in Italy and Finland. The agreement was announced today in Rome by Gelsomina Vigliotti, Vice-President of the EIB, and Roberto Sportiello, CEO of Drivalia.The resources provided by the EIB will enable Drivalia to put approximately 2,900 new battery electric vehicles (BEVs) into circulation, destined for companies and freelancers in Italy and Finland through long-term rental contracts.
