United Kingdom, May 18 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has appointed Matteo Colangeli as Managing Director for SME Finance and Development, based at the Bank's London headquarters from 1 June.Matteo brings over two decades of experience at the EBRD, having joined in 2005 and built a career working in regional sector banking teams.
