United Kingdom, Oct. 30 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF) are scaling up their partnership to support urban climate action, with the GCF approving a second €87 million financing tranche for the EBRD Green Cities programme.The new tranche doubles the amount of GCF concessional financing available for the programme to €174 million.
