United States, June 4 -- Detyens Shipyard Inc. of North Charleston, South Carolina, is awarded a $13,425,560 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C0007) for the 90-calendar day shipyard availability for the post-shakedown availability of Military Sealift Command's expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Point Loma (T-EPF 15).The contract includes a base work package and two unexercised options for additional work and time. If exercised, those options would increase the cumulative value to $13,458,685.
