Ludwika Perzyny w Kaliszu for Pharmaceutical products - "Successful deliveries of pharmaceutical products, oncological drugs covered by reimbursement in the field of drug and chemotherapy programs, drugs used in interferon-free therapy of hepatitis C, vaccines to the Provincial Hospital in Kalisz".
