United States, Oct. 16 -- JLL announced today that it has been selected by CTO Realty Growth (CTO) to lead retail leasing at Zona Rosa, a mixed-use lifestyle center in the Northland submarket. The assignment follows CTO's acquisition of the 768,000-square-foot center.The assignment is led by JLL Senior Vice President Sarah Norlander, part of the firm's 10Twelve platform, in partnership with Kansas City-based Vice President Jayme Miller. 10Twelve is a specialized retail leasing group focused on curating community-driven tenant mixes for lifestyle centers, high-end retail and mixed-use developments.
