Mongolia, Sept. 24 -- Recently, CSCEC completed the topping-out of the package 2 of the Selbe Subcenter project in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The milestone marks a shift from structural construction to interior finishing, mechanical and electrical installation, and outdoor construction.The project is located in Ulaanbaatar's Chingeltei district and includes 26 residential buildings.Excavation began in August 2025.
