China, July 10 -- CSCEC recently concluded the first Up We Build Global Tour in Wuhan, Hubei Province, bringing together 20 government officials from infrastructure-related departments, senior executives of partner companies and young representatives from more than 10 countries, including Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Vietnam.During the nine-day event, they visited Beijing, Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, Wuhan and Yichang in Hubei Province.
