Conti Federal Services Awarded $44M Army Contract for B-21 Environmental Shelter Construction at Ellsworth AFB

United States, June 26 -- Conti Federal Services LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $43,987,788 firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build construction of B-21: 60 Row South Environmental Shelters.Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Ellsworth, South Dakota, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 3, 2028.Fiscal 2026 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $43,987,788 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-26-C-A041).
