Color Group AS - Refinancing of M/S Color Fantasy

Norway, Oct. 23 -- Color Group AS (org. number.: 958815018) has today concluded and signed a new 5-year financing agreement with 1'st priority mortgage in the Cruise-ferry M/S Color Fantasy. The new facility is in the amount of NOK 900 mill. (whereas NOK 400 mill. is a Revolving Credit Facility), with the same covenant structure as existing (vessels) mortgaged loans. The re-payment profile is 7 years.The new loan will refinance the existing loan facility due in April 2027(outstanding amount as per today: approx. NOK 500 mill.).The banks financing this transaction are: DNB (Agent and Security Agent, Coordinator, Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner). DANSKE BANK, SEB and SPAREBANKEN MØRE acting as Mandated Lead Arranger.
