United States, Nov. 4 -- Clark Construction Group LLC, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded a $9,470,000 modification (P00016) to contract W9126G-24-C-0004 for design-build construction of a Veterans Affairs health care center. [The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $629,869,053.Work will be performed in Fort Bliss, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 27, 2027. Fiscal 2024 Veterans Affairs construction funds in the amount of $9,470,000 were obligated at the time of the award.U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity.
