United States, Sept. 15 -- Clark Construction Group LLC, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded a $117,787,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing barracks and associated support spaces. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Fort Myer, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 18, 2030. Fiscal 2026 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $117,787,000 were obligated at the time of award. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W912DR-26-C-A015).
