Ecuador, Aug. 4 -- Christian Gonzalez Amador today assumes the role of World Bank Group (WBG) Country Manager for Ecuador, a position that brings together the institution's leadership in the country and strengthens an integrated vision for the support the World Bank Group can provide to both the public and private sectors to foster growth and job creation.As Country Manager, Gonzalez Amador will lead the representation of the World Bank Group's principal institutions in Ecuador: the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).
