United States, Sept. 16 -- CFM International Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio, is awarded a $489,739,433 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of up to 24 CFM56-7B27AE core engines for P-8A aircraft, including up to twelve engines for the Navy and up to twelve engines for Foreign Military Sales customers, as well as one CFM56-7B24E core engine for the C-40A aircraft.Additionally, this contract provides associated engine covers, stands, and cradles.
