India, June 16 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed combination involving acquisition of PGIM India Asset Management Pvt. Ltd. and PGIM India Trustees Pvt. Ltd. by TVS Emerald Ltd. and TVS Venu Management and Consultancy Services Pvt.
