India, May 12 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved acquisition of Kenvue Inc. by Kimberly-Clark Corporation.The proposed combination envisages acquisition by Kimberly Clark Corporation (Kimberly) of sole control over Kenvue Inc.
