Germany, March 6 -- Germany based Cascade Microtech GmbH has secured contract from IHP GmbH - Leibniz-Institut fur innovative Mikroelektronik for Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl glasses) - 300 mm Photonics Prober station and Optical test and measurement system. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
