Germany, Aug. 25 -- Germany based Carl Zeiss Microscopy Deutschland GmbH has secured contract from Universitatsklinikum Freiburg for Scanning electron microscopes - scanning electron microscope with ion beam (FIB-SEM) . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
