Greece, Sept. 28 -- Capital Tankers Corp., an international shipping company focused on crude oil transportation, today announced the delivery of a Suezmax tanker, the M/T Ayrton (155,355 DWT, Dual Fuel LNG, scrubber fitted, New Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., China) to our fleet. This brings the Company's sailing fleet to 16 tankers comprising a total of seven Suezmax, four Aframax, four LR2 tankers and one VLCC.The M/T Ayrton was partly financed by a sale and leaseback arrangement of $64.5 million, repayable in 28 quarterly instalments of $0.9 million, and a balloon of $40.0 million together with the last instalment in September 2033.The Company is scheduled to take delivery of one more Suezmax tanker in November 2026.
