Pursuant to memoranda of agreement ("MoA") entered into on February 16, 2026 with Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., the Company took delivery on March 5, 2026 of the M/T Argeus I (155,352 DWT, scrubber fitted, super-eco built 2025, New Times SB) and on March 9, 2026 of the M/T Alexander (113,170 DWT, eco vessel, built 2018, Hyundai Samho Industries Co.
