India, Oct. 28 -- The board of KPIT Technologies at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam to support the Company's business growth initiatives by leveraging the availability of skilled talent, strengthening customer engagements, establishing R&D capabilities, and enhancing its presence in the region.
