BlueForge Alliance is awarded a $400 million contract modification to support planning and uplifting of the Submarine Industrial Base.

United States, June 4 -- BlueForge Alliance of Bryan, Texas, was awarded a $400,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2135) to support planning, resourcing, coordinating, and uplifting the Submarine Industrial Base. Work will be performed in Bryan, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 2027.Non-appropriated funds of $200,000,000 (50%), fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds of $144,963,691 (36%), and fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding of $50,000,000 (13%) will be obligated at time of award.Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
