Spain, July 6 -- Spain based BL ESPANA SOFTWARE S.L.U. has secured contract from Presidencia de la Diputacion Provincial de Palencia for IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support - Supply through leasing and the maintenance and support service of a computer system for the comprehensive management of human resources, time control and preparation of payrolls for the Provincial Council of Palencia, and, where appropriate, the implementation of the same . The value of the contract is worth 109053.6 EUR .
