Spain, April 16 -- Spain based BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY EUROPEAN INSURANCE DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY SUCURSAL EN ESPANA has secured contract from Direccion General de Planificacion Economica for Liability insurance services Contracting of the policy that provides coverage for DIRECT CIVIL LIABILITY derived from all the activity of the Health Administration and Subsidiary of the SES settled in criminal proceedings as well as the defense and claim for damages by SES personnel when they are victims of attacks related to their professional activity. The value of the contract is worth 43260000 EUR.
