United Kingdom, July 2 -- Operating under the brand name Tropic Ribarstvo, Ribnjak Janj has evolved into one of the leading trout producers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, supplying some of major European retailers. Today, between 60 and 70 per cent of the 2,000 tonnes or so of trout that it produces each year is exported to the European Union (EU).
