BAE Systems Awarded $38.2 Million for MK 45 Gun Overhauls

United States, Sept. 9 -- BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Maple Grove, Minnesota, is awarded a $38,199,786 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-24-F-5322) for the procurement of two MK 45 Mod 4 overhauls.Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky, and is expected to be completed by March 2030. Fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $38,199,786 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
