Romania, Aug. 5 -- Romania based AVENSA CONSULTING S.R.L. has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Procurement consultancy services - "Contract Services for verification of public procurement procedures/direct purchases carried out and reported by the beneficiaries of the three project calls (DOTARI, SMARTLABS and DOTLAB)" . The value of the contract is worth 1512000 RON .
