Aspen Construction Awarded $132.7 Million Paving Services Contract

United States, Sept. 30 -- Aspen Construction Co., Hackensack, Minnesota, was awarded a ceiling $132,667,510 firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for paving services.This contract provides for the complete maintenance of all paved surfaces at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Work will be performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 13, 2033. This contract was a sole source acquisition.Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,000 are being obligated via a task order for the minimum guarantee amount at time of award. The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, is the contracting activity (FA480026D0008).
