Ashoka Viniyoga Limited Loses RBI Registration After Exiting NBFI Business

India, May 15 -- The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-14.03123) of Ashoka Viniyoga Limited, registered at 77A, Block-B, Greater Kailash-I, South Delhi, New Delhi - 110048. The CoR, originally issued on June 20, 2007, was cancelled on April 06, 2026 after the company surrendered its registration. The cancellation was necessitated due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.With this cancellation, Ashoka Viniyoga Limited is no longer authorised to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.
