India, Oct. 28 -- Arisinfra Solutions announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern) has been appointed by Transcon Group as the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) partner for Transcon Ramdev Plaza Phase II at Santacruz (West), Mumbai, under its CATALYST module.This marks Unitern's third mandate from Transcon Group, following its completed mandate for Phase I of the same project and its recent appointment for Transcon UNO at Kalina.With this mandate, the total Gross Development Value (GDV) of projects under Unitern's DaaS mandates rises to over Rs 2,750 crore.Transcon Ramdev Plaza is a premium commercial development at Santacruz (West), Mumbai, being developed in two phases.
