China, June 17 -- China based Applied Materials South East Asia Pte. Ltd. has secured contract from Xiamen Tianma Micro-electronics Co.,Ltd. for Procurement of 0730-264010020011/05 Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition equipment and NSO process chamber (PECVD&NSO PC)(2) . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
