India, Oct. 9 -- Aparna Investment Pvt. Ltd. has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 30, 2026.The company's registered office is at 109, 1st Floor, Jeejeebhoy Tower, Dalal Street, Fort, Stock Exchange, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400001. Its CoR No. is 13.00414, issued on March 24, 1998.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered as the company meets the criteria prescribed for being classified as an unregistered Type I NBFC that does not require registration under Section 45IA of the RBI Act.
