France, Sept. 29 -- France based Annealsys SAS has secured contract from Nederlandse Organisatie voor toegepast-natuurwetenschappelijk onderzoek TNO for Microelectronic machinery and apparatus and microsystems - Metal/Backend Rapid Thermal Annealing system (TNO10). The value of the contract is worth 650427 EUR.
