Anjali Capfin Private Limited's CoR Revoked by RBI After Meeting Unregistered CIC Criteria

India, May 15 -- The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 12.00169) of Anjali Capfin Private Limited, registered at Sukhdam, Flat No. E-2, 7/17(9-10), Tilak Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208002. The CoR, originally issued on August 05, 1999, was cancelled on April 22, 2022 after the company surrendered its registration. The cancellation was necessitated due to meeting the criteria prescribed for an unregistered Core Investment Company (CIC) that does not require registration.With this cancellation, Anjali Capfin Private Limited is no longer authorised to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.
