France, April 17 -- France based ALS FRANCE has secured contract from Agence de l'Eau Artois-Picardie for Environmental issues consultancy services Technical assistance in setting up a system for regular monitoring of discharges from industrial establishments subject to the fee for water pollution of non-domestic origin and issuance of approval. The value of the contract is worth 4620000 EUR.
