Ojca Rafala z Proszowic Samodzielny Publiczny Zespol Opieki Zdrowotnej w Proszowicach for Sterilization, disinfection and hygiene devices - Delivery of medical equipment: two-station endoscopic wash station, cabinet for storing endoscopes, stainless steel shelves - 15 pieces, laparoscope as part of the KPO.
