United States, Oct. 6 -- Aegis Aerospace Inc., Webster, Texas, has been awarded a $9,359,118 modification (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (FA8809-26-F-B003) for transitioning missions from the Department of War human-rated payload support task order. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $34,323,859 from $24,964,741. Work will be performed at Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2034. Fiscal 2026 research and development funds in the amount of $654,507 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command, Kirtland, Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the contracting activity.
