Philippines, Aug. 20 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has priced a $2 billion 10-year global bond, proceeds of which will become part of ADB's ordinary capital resources. The 10-year bond, with a coupon rate of 4.625% per annum payable semi-annually and a maturity date of 26 August 2036, was priced at 99.431% to yield 4.8 basis points over the 4.625% United States Treasury notes due August 2036.The transaction was lead-managed by BMO Capital Markets, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, and Nomura.The issue achieved wide primary market distribution, with 54% placed in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; 28% in the Americas; and 18% in Asia.
