ADB Appoints New Country Director for Mongolia
Mongolia, Aug. 10 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has appointed John Juhyun Jeong as its new Country Director for Mongolia. He started the role in Ulaanbaatar today.Mr. Jeong will lead ADB's operations in Mongolia, including the implementation of the country partnership strategy, 2025-2028, which supports the country's efforts to achieve diversified, inclusive, and sustainable growth. Mr. Jeong brings more than 17 years of professional experience to the role, including 9 years at ADB. Most recently, he served as senior advisor to the ADB President, providing strategic advice and support on key institutional priorities.
