Switzerland, July 1 -- ABB announces the completion of its acquisition of Specialtrasfo S.p.A., an Italy-based manufacturer of specialized medium voltage transformers, including converter and rectifier transformers. The acquisition includes three production sites in Italy and over 130 employees. In 2025, the company generated revenues of approximately 80 million euros, with ABB representing around half through its integrated offering.
