Harold and Associates LLC, Jacksonville, Florida (N6134021D0005- P00008); Carley Corp., Orlando, Florida (N6134021D0007-P00008); and Miltrain JV LLC, North Las Vegas, Nevada (N6134021D0008-P00009), are awarded modifications to a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with the estimated aggregate ceiling of the modifications being $70,000,000, increasing the total contract ceiling from $90,000,000 to $160,000,000.
